On December 1st, 2007, the Thailand Property Awards 2007 were held at the Royal Orchid Sheraton, Bangkok. Gfab Architects, the Project Concept Designer for MODENA, was nominated for Best Architect of the Year 2007.

They did not win this year but being nominated is a great honor and it is widely expected that Gfab will pick up the price very soon due to their outstanding work in Thailand. Read more »
