MODENA: Deliberately setting itself apart through design

The form of the building is largely derived by addressing the sight lines of the site. Gfab’s rotation of living spaces captures the best of both mountain views to the rear of the site as well as sea views to the front. Each condominium opens up completely to become what is in effect a shaded terrace. The development comprises both condominium units and pool villas which, when landscaped with water and natural foliage, form a layer of landscape for the condominiums to look upon. The nature/aesthetic of the building is delivered from the traditional seaside living and captures the essence of ‘Barefoot Luxury’.
