Legal Ownership … We will guide you through this
MODENA condominiums are offered on a freehold basis. Non-Thais can own condominiums in Thailand on a freehold basis, which has made condominiums the preferred investment for foreigners in Thailand for many years.
According to Thai law, foreigners may own 49 percent of the aggregate sellable unit space in a condominium while the remaining 51 percent must be owned by either Thai nationals or majority owned (51 percent) Thai Companies.
Once the 49 percent foreign ownership quota has been achieved, overseas buyers wishing to make a purchase can do so via a Thai company structure or as a 90-year leasehold. Please contact us to fully understand the Thai law with regards to leasehold.
